On June 9, the Chinese Consulate General in Cebu donated "China- Philippine "Friendship Bags" to the indigent families and frontliners in Cebu. Consul General JIA Li, together with Presidential Assistant for the Visayass Michael Dino, Cebu Provincial Governor Gwendolyn Garcia, Cebu City Mayor Edgardo Labella, Mandaue City Mayor Jonas Cortes, AFP Central Command Head Lieutenant General Roberto Ancan AFP, PRO7 Regional Director PBGen Albert Ignatius Ferro, and others attended the turnover ceremony and commemorated the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the Philippines.
