In June this year, President Xi Jinping paid a historic state visit to Russia. The two heads of state jointly elevated bilateral relations to a new level of comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era between China and Russia, and determined the new connotation and development goals of relationship between the two countries featuring mutual assistance, in-depth integration, pioneering innovation, and win-win outcomes for all.
